Detail of works:     To provide a design build package including infrastructure for a 11,000 sq ft unit at Mallusk outside Belfast. The works involved a standard portal frame structure, two storey office suite internally to the building, road ways, fire mains, street lighting, main electrical infrastructure, gas main infrastructure, telecommunications infrastructure, DRD water service provisions, electrical, mechanical and IT / voice fit out.

Detail of works:     To provide a design build package including infrastructure for a 25 unit industrial estate complex at Dundonald outside Belfast. The first and second phase works are complete with phase three to follow. The works involved a standard portal frame structure, road ways, fire mains, street lighting, main electrical infrastructure, gas main infrastructure, telecoms infrastructure and DRD water service provisions.

Detail of works:       To provide a design build package including infrastructure for a 60,000 sqft commercial tyre storage depo and tyre repair workshop for both domestic and commercial vehicles. The works involved a standard portal frame structure for both buildings, a 2 storey internal office suite covering 2,500 sqft, road ways, fire mains, street lighting, main electrical infrastructure, gas main infrastructure, telecoms infrastructure DRD water service provisions in a fit out were the electrical, mechanical, IT & Voice systems.

Belmont Road, Office Developments

Detail of works:       We undertook a role as main M&E contractor to design and build a 9 block commercial office suite on the corner of the Belmont Road Belfast. The works included civils for utility companies around the site.

Detail of works:        We undertook a role as main contractor to refurbish a historically protected church providing heating upgrades, modifications to external boiler houses, caretakers properties and tank rooms. All works were ongoing and well advanced on program whilst writing this review

• Oil to Natural gas heating conversions. We are extensively involved with the recent introduction of natural gas to our environment in the conversion of existing plant to gas. We are continuing to enhance our sales of warm air heating appliances throughout the region and specialising in natural gas fuel where it is available.

Felden Institute of Further and Higher Education - Training facilities for Gas Operatives (October 2001)

Client:       Felden Institute of Further & Higher Education, Unit 12, Antrim Technology Park, Belfast Road, Muckamore, Antrim

Detail of works:         We undertook a contract, which saw the first commercial training centre for gas operatives in Northern Ireland.  Our company acted as main contractor to provide the facility on the Felden Campus.  All gas operatives in N.I. will have to undergo their commercial training at this facility and we are please to have capable to lead the way in this commercial gas sector.  All works were completed well within time frame allowed and within budget

Castlereagh Nursery School - Low Temperature Hot Water provisions

Client:                Castlereagh Nursery School - August 2001

Detail of works:      We completed an installation of a new heating system at Castlereagh nursery school in East Belfast whilst acting as main contractor.   All works were completed on time within a very tight 8 week window for the works and within budget.

Roe Centre - Replacement Computer Suite - 2002

Client:                 Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Purdysburn

Detail of works:          A development of a new IT centre within an existing building. We undertook this project as main contractor bringing in specialised builders and fit out teams as necessary to provide a new standby computer suite. The systems encompassed conversion of existing toilet suites into a new computer hub which included new electrical systems, air conditioning systems, ventilation systems and lighting systems.
