60 apartments were constructed on this contract during 1998-1999 in two phases. Each phase consisted of 30 apartments with associated stairwells, risers, communal fire alarm systems and security control / access systems. The Client, Morrison Homes, produced a performance specification, which reflected the framework within which we were to operate. In conjunction with F. B. McKee’s we undertook the works and completed on time and to the satisfaction of all parties. Final costs were in the region of £250,000.00.

Feature:
A contract for Musgrave Park Hospital was
completed for a network of Fibre Optic system and Cat 5 4 UTP cabling
system throughout a proportion of the Laboratory and Estate Services
division in the Hospital complex. These systems control the heart of
the Hospital linking all divisions to each other and indeed to other
Hospital's such as the City, Mater, and Royal Victoria with their associated
laboratory facilities across Belfast. The contract value was £12,000.00
and was satisfactorily completed on time. The consultants were Greenpark
IT dept.

Feature:
Rathgael young offenders centre. A major
refurbishment has been completed by the developer Heron Bros. Major
sections of the centre were refurbished through 2002 in a very short
development period. We had the pleasure of obtaining the mechanical
contract for the project. Working closing with the consulting engineers
Delap & Waller, we managed to undertake a complete refurbishment of
the entire complex. Every aspect of mechanical works was refurbished.
Project costs were approx £600,000.00. The consultant in charge was
Colin Craig.
Lakewood Young Offenders school, Rathgael. The SEELB placed this contract
with us as a prerequisite to the JJC works. Again it was completed on
time and within budget. The same consulting engineers undertook this
project. Project costs were £190,000.00. The Consulting Engineers are
Delap & Waller, Mr. C. Craig.

Hospital
We undertook a mechanical contract for a new accident and emergency
sector in Craigavon Area Hospital during 2002. The contract included
replacement and new heated ceilings and ventilation / air conditioning
systems. The consulting engineers are Stoney Road, Health Estates, and
Mr. Edward Clarke. Costs are set at £95,000 A further project at the
above was awarded in the maternity dept for the sum of approx £35,000.
